Analysis - Based on innovative methods like Design Thinking we work together to define your learners' and organization's needs and the methods which fit best to your context. 

 

Concept - I create a concept which includes the didactical and technological learning design. In this process I collaborate with suitable network partners to create prototypes for the selected learning elements.

 

Design - I coordinate production and testing of learning elements.

Implementation - I hand over the learning elements to you so that you can integrate them into your existing technology landscape (e.g. into the LMS).

Feedback - I support your with the creation and implementation of various methods for evaluation.
