'It takes us many years to understand how valuable moments can be.' Ernst Ferstl
In today's busy world, it is not always easy to step back and cherish the moment.
There are so many things that need to be done, so many things that need to be learned. New challenges require new skills. Yet, often we forget that most of the time true creativity arises from those moments in which we let go. Moments in which we enjoy our being to the fullest.
Being and not doing.
Many people have been forced to that state of being in the last couple of months. And many have told me how much they enjoyed it. Other people have struggled because their businesses were booming in times of crisis. I have hardly met anybody in between.
I wish for all of us that we can find that fine balance in between when (if ever) this world goes back to 'normal' (whatever that means). The fine balance which lies in the space between feeling overburdened and underutilized. A balance in which we dive deep into a state of pure flow.
On which side of the balance are you right now and how can you to never loose contact to your state of being?
