Tip 21: Develop an agile learning mindset
'Life is a continuous learning process. Each day represents an opportunity for learning.' Lailah Gifty Akita
Most people think that 'learning' is about sitting in a classroom or taking an eLearning. This represents only a very small percentage of human learning, though.
Look at your children. Before entering the schooling system, they learn at an incredible pace. They don't need structures or teachers. They just need freedom to make experiences and to learn from trial and error.
Children can be regarded as best-practice examples of an agile learning mindset. They don't get tired prototyping their ideas, getting immediate feedback, iterating … And they have an incredible amount of patience that most of us have lost in this fast-paced world.
What can you do today to reactivate your agile learning mindset? What about some trial & error? It won't hurt!
