'Learning without reflection is a waste. Reflection without learning is dangerous.‘ Confucius
Most big thinkers use the power of reflection to become better everyday. If we don't process our daily experiences consciously, learning is not talking place.
In order to learn, we must take a moment to reflect on what we have experienced. Errors would become our biggest friends and boosters for performance - if only we would welcome them as opportunities for development instead of facing them with fear.
You can use Microsoft OneNote or a nice paper booklet as learning diary. Take 5 minutes at the end of every day to ask yourself the four magic questions: What have I learned today? What went well? What didn't go so well? What can I do differently in the future?
Get your diary ready and start reflecting today!
