Tip 5: Gather a crowd
'A man only learns in two ways, one by reading, and the other by association with smarter people.' Will Rogers
Humans are social beings. In the 1960s, Albert Bandura discovered that humans learn from each other, simply by observation and imitation. Apart from that, joined learning is simply more fun and motivating than being on your own.
Formats like Working Out Loud (WOL) or Mastermind make it easy for newbies to get into the topic quickly and to reap the benefits of learning with others. They are both peer coaching formats in which participants support each other to reach their individual development goals. You can find circles online or just ask friends to join.
Take 10 minutes now to reflect on who could join your learning group. Send them a link to this post and a short message to invite them to your group.
