I accompany you through individual coaching conversations by challenging you with the right questions. My coaching approach looks like the following:

• Pre-interview - Together we define the general conditions, e.g. on which target to work on, face-to-face or via phone, which duration, etc. 

 

• Coaching - We come together personally or virtually for 1 1/2 sessions during an agreed period of time.  

 

• Evaluation -  We evaluated the process and define next steps.
